Proactive Equipment Maintenance Service – Often called the “tune up,” we remind you that your vehicle has this done several times a year and in order to insure that your pool is ready when you are, we schedule these visits along with your maintenance package. The heater will be vacuumed and all of the gaskets and o-rings are checked and lubricated, the filter air relief valve and the tank and drain o-rings are lubricated, the pump and motor are serviced and reprogrammed to optimize the efficiency of the motor, the pool lights and the GFCI are checked for functionality and the three port valves are all also serviced. We identify several different systems and critical functions of your pool equipment, and they are checked at this time. Extra charges during these visits are applicable only to the replacement of necessary parts, including but not limited to: o-rings, light bulbs, motors, fixtures, filter cartridges and seals.

The cost of this package varies based on the size and complexity of your swimming pool and water features. The proactive equipment maintenance service, for this package, is performed annually for only $79.00.
• Squeaky Clean - This package illustrates the best of what differentiates Hire Standards from the rest of the pack and includes: routine swimming pool maintenance twice a week, all of the standard and specialty chemicals needed to maintain your pool including the salt and conditioner, and the filters and deck are cleaned and washed every other month. The cost of this package varies based on the size and complexity of your swimming pool and water features. The proactive equipment maintenance service, for this package, is performed annually for only $109.00.
• The Touch Up – This package is tailored to the homeowner who wants to help in between our visits and includes: routine swimming pool maintenance one time each week, all of the standard and specialty chemicals needed to maintain your pool including the salt and conditioner, and the filters and deck are cleaned and washed every quarter. The cost of this package varies based on the size and complexity of your swimming pool and water features. The proactive equipment maintenance service, for this package, is performed annually for only $139.00.
• Splash and Dash - This package is just right for the homeowner who wants to clean the pool themselves but never wants to worry about the chemistry. This package includes: all of the standard and specialty chemicals needed to maintain your pool including the salt and conditioner, and the filters and deck are cleaned twice a year. The cost of this package varies based on the size and complexity of your swimming pool and water features. The proactive equipment maintenance service, for this package, is performed annually for only $179.00.
